XCapSeq™ 120 gene hotspot probe panel

Product Introduction      
           The XCapSeq™ 120 hotspot panel consists of 2857 independently synthesized XCapSeq probes, covering 150kb of the human genome. It is used to enrich multiple hotspot mutation genes related to 12 types of tumor tissues to achieve higher sequencing coverage depth. It supports the enrichment of various mutation information, including base substitutions, insertions/deletions, gene rearrangements, gene amplifications, and microsatellite instability. Each probe is of known concentration, and probes can be added on this basis.

Figure 1. The XCap 120 hotspot panel shows excellent capture efficiency and uniformity. Using the XLIBPreP™ Enzymetics DNA Library Kit to construct the gDNA library, and then sequencing the library with an insert fragment of 300 bp, 4-Plex, hybridization time of 2 hours, data from 3 replicates show that at 0.2X uniformity can reach 99%, and 0.5X uniformity is above 96%.

 

 

Table 1. The XCap 120 hotspot panel shows excellent accuracy. Using LDT (Cat: C0913, Shanghai Audited Biotechnology Co., Ltd.) 2.5% standard product. The XCa 120 hotspot panel obtained similar mutation frequencies. This indicates that the XCap 120 hotspot panel is fully applicable to tumor detection.
