Extiquick™ paraffin-embedded tissue DNA extraction kit

Principle:  
           The Extiquick™ paraffin-embedded tissue DNA extraction kit is based on superparamagnetic magnetic particle purification technology. It efficiently adsorbs DNA from samples and, combined with配套的无毒脱蜡及清洗试剂 (the accompanying non-toxic dewaxing and cleaning reagents), maximizes dewaxing, formaldehyde cross-linking removal, protein and other impurity removal from the samples to achieve rapid separation and purification of nucleic acids.

 

Sample Type:  
           This product is suitable for paraffin-embedded and formalin-fixed tissues. The operation process is simple and fast, and the extracted DNA has high purity, good integrity, and stable quality.

 

Application Range:  
           It can be directly used for downstream molecular experiments such as quantitative PCR and next-generation sequencing library construction, and is compatible with fully automated nucleic acid extraction instruments.
