Extiquick™ cfDNA Extraction Kit (1-5ml plasma/serum)

Product Introduction   
           The Extiquick™ cfDNA Extraction Kit uses highly efficient, superparamagnetic, hydroxyl-modified, uniform-sized magnetic beads and a specially formulated buffer system to quickly and efficiently extract genomic DNA-free cfDNA from 1-5 mL of plasma, serum, or urine. This kit is easy to use, has a short workflow, yields high-quality cfDNA with high purity and consistent quality, is safe and reliable, and is especially suitable for use with automated extraction workstations. It is applicable to qPCR, next-generation sequencing, and other applications.

Figure 5: After library construction of 2 mL of cfDNA using the XLIBPreP™ Enzymetics DNA Library Kit and sequencing on the NovaSeq 6000 platform, analysis of insert fragment size shows cfDNA insert fragment sizes of ~40 bp, ~70 bp, ~160 bp, and ~320 bp. This kit has high recovery efficiency for small fragments.
