Extiquick™ Blood/Cell/Tissue DNA Extraction Kit

Principle:  
           The Extiquick™ Blood/Cell/Tissue DNA Extraction Kit is based on superparamagnetic magnetic particle purification technology. It efficiently adsorbs DNA from samples and, combined with the accompanying washing reagents, removes proteins and other impurities to the greatest extent, achieving the purpose of rapid separation and purification of nucleic acids.

 

Sample Types:  
           This product is suitable for the separation and purification of DNA from blood, cells, and tissues. The operation is simple and fast, and the isolated DNA has high purity, good integrity, and stable quality.

 

Applications:  
           It can be directly used in downstream molecular experiments such as quantitative PCR and next-generation sequencing library construction, and is compatible with fully automated nucleic acid extraction instruments.
