XCapSeq™ magnetic beads

Product Introduction  
           XCapSeq™ magnetic beads are based on the SPRI (Solid phase reverse immobilization) technology and are suitable for DNA purification and fragment size selection in high-throughput sequencing (NGS) library construction. This product is compatible with the library construction process of mainstream commercial library kits on the market. Its usage, library recovery rate, and selected fragment size are basically consistent with AMPure XP Beads, so XCapSeq™ magnetic beads can be used as the preferred product for DNA purification and fragment size selection, effectively reducing experimental costs.

Table 1 After fragmentation of calf thymus DNA, the concentration was determined by Qubit4 to be 6.78 ng/μL, the input volume was 50 μL, and after purification, 50 μL of water was added for elution.

Table 2 Using λDNA, fragments of 100bp~1000bp were prepared after fragmentation. The results were quantified using Qubit4 and analyzed for fragmentation using QSEP1.
